Shipping Policy

Our Email address is located at the bottom of every page of
the website. The email address is also located on all correspondence and
confirmations as well as invoices and packing slips.

Shipping Policy
- We
usually ship all orders the next business day - there are a few
exceptions:
- Warehouse is
closed for inventory control.
- UPS is closed or
UPS ground service is closed due to severe weather.
- UPS and or UPS
ground service is closed in observance of a National Holiday.
- Orders received
Monday through Thursday will ship the next morning. (unless the
next day falls on a National Holiday - In this case your pillow
will ship the next business day)
- Orders received
Friday through Sunday will ship Monday morning. (unless Monday
falls on a National Holiday - In this case your pillow will ship
the next business day)
- We
use UPS ground by default to get your pillows to you in a safe
secure manner.
- If
there is a case where an order only weighs a few ounces we will use
USPS to get your items to you in a safe secure manner.
- All
orders will have a tracking number and will be covered by insurance.
- UPS
can NOT deliver to P.O.Boxes - Please provide a legitimate
deliverable street address.
- Please
include a valid email - UPS will email your tracking number when
your order ships.
Cancellation/Order cut-off time
- There
are no exceptions.
- If you need to
cancel an order it is imperative that you contact via email BEFORE
Midnight Pacific Standard Time.
- EXAMPLE - If you
were to place an order on Wednesday afternoon and then decided that
you want to cancel the order you need to email us BEFORE Midnight
on that same Wednesday and indicate that you would like to cancel
your order. Please include the order number and a VALID email so
you can receive your confirmation.
Places we do not ship
- There
are no exceptions.
- We do not ship to
any international addresses including Canada.
- We do not ship to
Alaska or Hawaii.
- We do not ship to
APO/FPO addresses.
- We do not ship to
USA Protectorate Territories.
- PLEASE
provide us with a good working
email that you check regularly and a good working phone number.

Special Shipping Instructions
- We
will assist you to the best of our ability with your special
instructions; however we have no control over your local delivery
person.
- All buyers requesting special
shipping instructions will be
contacted by us for confirmation,
and, your shipping will be delayed
until we can contact you.

is responsible for "returned shipping" charges.
- Buyers
are also responsible for "returned shipping" charges when
